I want justice for myself and all of those who have been affected psychologically and financially by Pavilions

What should I do??? I think they hired and fired me in a 24 hour time period. While having me think that I was employed for 3 weeks. I took a Pre-employment drug test on 10/21/06. I asked for a copy of the results Kimberly gave me a document on 11/09/09 of the results. (fake results) Kimberly stated “We need a bookkeeper and that I would work M-F arriving between the hours of 4:00am-5:30am- and that I would work full time and we would also discuss my salary . They fierd me 7 days later because I would not take a job as a Customer Service Clerk after waking up 3:00am going to training for a Bookkeeper. I want justice what should I do. I will be recieving my AA degree in Accounting next month. I also have a certificate in Automated Accounting. Hello are they insane.

1. Chalk it up to experience and go to work somewhere else.
2. You can be fired for what ever reason they want. Most employers have a 30- 90 day probationary period. During that time they can let you go for any reason. It sucks, I know. Chalk it up to a learning experience and move on, they did nothing wrong legally. (Morally is a whole nother story)
