has anyone lived at The Pavilions at Providence, Las Vegas,NV?

looking for a new place to live, our lease is almost up. We want to move to the Northwest of Las Vegas with our 2 small children (under 3 years old)...looking to see if anyone has lived or is currently a resident at the Pavilions at Providence. we want to know what you think/thought about living here...noise, maintenance, office staff, upkeep of grounds & pool, fitness center? any & all info will be helpful as we're viewing the community this weekend. thanks

1. The biggest issues besides crime is whether the apartments are in a flood zone!!!! A great deal of NLV is flat land and floods easily
