outdoor romantic dinner?

I am planning an outdoor romantic dinner for my partner and I for surprise birthday... I am thinking to do it at a gazebo.. somewhere in houston, TX that has a good view... can anyone tell me what are some very pretty places with gazebos in or around houston... i also need some tips with decorating it!!
