Where should I go to get married in Las Vegas?

I live in Henderson and plan to get married. Where is the best place in Las Vegas to get married if I want something very simple and cheap, but don't want it to be cheesy? I prefer a wedding with only the minister and witness there, no flowers, catering, or professional photography, and under a gazebo. Is there anywhere I could go without having to pay for the packages they offer?

1. search online and see the places that are available. Some of the hotel chapels are a reasonable price and not cheesy. I got married at Treasure Island.
