14' Gazebo building plans, for free?

I am looking to build a 14' gazebo from the ground up. It seems to me there should be a free set of plans out there some where. Can anyone help me out?

1. I just "googled" 'free gazebo plans' and came up with about a dozen sites that offer free plans for metal and wooden gazebo construction. Go for it!
2. Please read... There are plans everywhere. Many can be found for free online. Your biggest questions will be; A. What does my local building code require? B. What are my local Environmental code/regulations? As an example, some localities will require you to use Cedar or Poplar and ban any use of Pressure Treated wood. Some other areas may require specific footings as opposed to a slab. I am one who builds custom Gazebos, and etc., in many different areas of the Northeast. I am aware of the many local rules. Yet, I have NEVER walked into the local EPA office and was refused specifications and suggested plans. They are always helpful. Please start there. The plans were almost always free. However, many charged a small fee to COPY them for me.
