What else should I have at my birthday party?

Im having a big-ish party (15-20 girls) and we'll get in my hot tub and ill play music and people can dance if they want. I have a creek and gazebo and bridge thing in my backyard, and Ill put snacks in the gazebo. I dont want to plan specific games because that's childish, I want a variety of things to do and people can do what they please. Is there anything else besides the hot tub and music/dancing we could do? Serious answers only please, thanks :)

1. I think the hot tub idea is kinda far fetched. If your having a max of 20 people, everybody isn't going to be in the hot tub at once, so its going to be kinda boring to some people.
