Help in Google SketchUp?

We are doing a project that involves us designing a yard, and we need to make certain things in the yard. The ones that troubling me are making a gazebo with a firm foundation, and a bush with a truncated cone planter. If anyone has expertise with SketchUp, please help me with this.
