Can a Hp Pavilion Laptop that is has 4GB memory and a 500GB Hard Drive run Photoshop CS5 quickly, and easily?

I am think about buying one, and I need to to know if Photoshop CS5 will run quickly and easily.

1. Yea very easy. Only thing would be what start up programs you have starting
2. It will be fine but for optimum preformance i suggest more RAM
