I'm having a house party but with no gazebo! what's plan B for that?

I'm going to have a house party and it's consists of letting people to chill and chat outside in the garden since the kitchen is too small to fit 30 people in! unfortunately, i was unable to find a gazebo to put outside in the garden since it will most likely rain on that day. what's the plan B if i can't buy a gazebo now? can i buy some sort of plastic drape that i have hang instead? if so where? thank you! :)

1. You should be able to buy or hire a tent (or two) on-line http://www.gardencentreonline.co.uk/Gazebos-and-Party-Tents-3m-x-3m-Gazebo-Great-Value-3-x-3/797-PD The plastic drape sounds like a fire hazard, esp if any of your guests smoke. At a pinch you might get by with a lot of garden umbrellas. Contact your local marquee hire - or maybe local scout troop.
2. Aparty rental retailer should be able to supply you with a tent-type. temporary "roof" under which you can set up tables & chairs for your guests. They might also have a complete tent enclosure. Not many folks have room in the kitchen for 30 guests, that's why we have living rooms and/or dining rooms with seating.
3. Rent or buy a tent.
4. Its not too late to get a garden gazebo. You could also try a shade canopy or a series of shade cloths. Both of these are nearly waterproof, but they would not protect you if you had a huge downpour. Try the site below. they specialize in outdoor products like what you are looking for.
