How do I get to the Pet Pavilion in Wizard101?

I know the location of the Pavilion, however I can't access it. I am over a level thirty, have been sent there by Merle Ambros, and I have three pets, all of which are babies. When I try to go into the Pavilion, there are bars there, so it is completely inaccessible. It's been like this ever since the first time I went in there; when I came back out, I couldn't get back in. How do I get in again?

2. You have to wait for it to load again ! Normally it takes wizards 5 minutes-3 hours. If this does not work contact KI for support. Good Luck!
3. That seems very strange. Usually the Pavilion stays accessible after you have unlocked it. Loading should be much of a problem, and even if that's the problem, it doesn't take longer than one hour. What does it say when you run into it?
